- 1 acorn squash (0sp)
- 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt (0sp)
- 1/4 cup pumpkin
- 1 tbs nut butter (3sp)
- 1 tbs granola (1sp)
- toppings: maple syrup, cinnamon
1. Wash squash.
2. Remove top and bottom and cut in half.
3. Use spoon to remove seeds.
4. Cover with spray oil and add cinnamon
5. Bake at 425 degrees for 40-50 mins.
6. Remove and let cool.
7. Fill with ingredients and top with granola.
