Acorn Squash Breakfast Bowl

This #WW friendly Fall recipe is perfect for trying out Acorn Squash and pumpkin in one delicious dish! In honor of #YOUTOBER I’m posting a new fall recipe video (almost) everyday!

  • 1 acorn squash (0sp)
  • 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt (0sp)
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin
  • 1 tbs nut butter (3sp)
  • 1 tbs granola (1sp)
  • Cinnamon
  • toppings: maple syrup, cinnamon



1. Wash squash.

2. Remove top and bottom and cut in half.

3. Use spoon to remove seeds.

4. Cover with spray oil and add cinnamon

5. Bake at 425 degrees for 40-50 mins.

6. Remove and let cool.

7. Fill with ingredients and top with granola.

8. Enjoy!
