This pumpkin pie protein-packed yogurt recipe is easy and perfect for fall! All it takes is plain yogurt, canned pumpkin, cinnamon and pumpkin pie spice and your choice of toppings. I’ve listed the recipe below.
- 1/4 cup pumpkin
- 6 oz plain or vanilla yogurt
- dash of cinnamon
- dash of pumpkin pie spice
- 1 tbs maple syrup
- toppings: granola, pepitas, almond butter
Mix together yogurt and pumpkin. Add spices and maple syrup and mix again. Top with toppings of your choice.
