Healthy Apple Pie Granola! Using BARE Snacks!

I recently received a VERY generous shipment of BARE Snacks from my friends over at BARE. I’ve always loved healthy snack options and all the flavors of their chips were DELICIOUS. My favorite are their classic apple chips. They only contain ONE ingredient: APPLES! How perfect?!

Just in time for Fall I decided to do some kitchen exploration and put together this recipe for Apple Pie Granola using BARE Snacks!

I highly recommend. It doesn’t take too many ingredients and…just like BARE Snacks…is free of ADDED SUGAR!

  • ¼ Cup Baking Stevia
  • ¼ Cup Sugar-free Maple Syrup
  • ¼ Cup Unsweetened Apple Sauce
  • ¾ Cup Coconut Oil , melted
  • ½ tsp each Cinnamon and Kosher Salt
  • 4 Cups Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
  • 1 Cup sliced Almonds (or nuts of choice)
  • 1 Cup BARE Snacks Apple Chips or Cinnamon Apple Chips
1. Preheat oven to 250 degrees F.
2. In a small bowl whisk together the stevia, maple syrup, apple sauce, oil, cinnamon and salt.
3. In a medium bowl, add the oats and almonds. Stir.
4. Stir in the honey mixture.
5. Line a sheet pan with aluminum foil and spray with non-stick cooking spray.
6. Transfer the oat mixture to the large baking sheet in a thin layer (use two pans if necessary).
7. Bake in the oven for 1 hour, stirring once halfway through, or until granola is toasted and golden brown.
8. Remove from oven and DO NOT stir. The granola will still feel wet. Allow granola to cool on the counter for 15-20 minutes.
9. Add in the BARE Snacks and toss to combine.
10. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week.
11. Enjoy!
