Snap Pea and Strawberry Summer Salad

Ingredients: Romaine lettuce (1 bag), 1/2 pint of strawberries, purple grapes, fat Free Crumbled Feta Cheese, Crushed Pecans, Sugar Snap peas.

  1. On a cutting board cut snap peas into three to four pieces each.
  2. Wash and slide strawberries to form triangular slices.
  3. Cut grapes in half (optional).
  4. In a large bowl add lettuce.
  5. Top with the rest of the ingredients, placing strawberries and grapes around the rim of the bowl.
  6. Toss with dressing of your choice!
